Doctors: we're an extension of your veterinary care.

As a primary veterinarian, you may sometimes need more advanced diagnostics or the help of a specialist to diagnose and treat a particular case. At that time, our specialists, emergency and critical care teams are available to help pinpoint what is wrong and create a treatment plan that works for a particular patient.

We work closely with you, the primary care veterinarian, to provide the best possible care and service to our patients and clients. Our goal is to provide feedback on cases to keep you updated on the progress of your patient and to continue to communicate with you as long as needed on a given case.

Clients: we bring expertise and comfort to pets and pet owners alike.

We know you love your pet, and we know how frustrating it can be to not understand what’s causing their pain or discomfort. While family veterinarians help provide expertise for standard health issues, we’re here to help support in cases where complicated issues or advanced specialists are required.

As a referral hospital, your veterinarian can refer your pet to us for further investigation. Once referred, we’re committed to enhancing the lives of your pet by providing specialized, quality and compassionate veterinary healthcare. We also make a conscious effort to communicate with your local veterinarian while your pet is in our care so they’re always in the loop. Think of us as an extension of your veterinary team—while providing 24-hour care with advanced medicine and surgery for your pet.

We also have an emergency and critical care unit that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your pet comes to our practice through our emergency room, we’ll also notify your regular veterinarian while they’re being nursed back to health.

As a referral hospital, we believe in a team approach among the people who know your pet best. Our experienced veterinarians value collaboration as we work to find a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan for your pet.
